Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inventory planning, demand forecasting, and procurement workflows.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to secure competitive advantages.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in mitigating supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline distribution channels and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics strategy.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of lean methodology and global procurement best practices.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
