Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and supplier relationships
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Drive sustainability initiatives in transportation and warehousing practices
- Manage annual budget and KPIs for supply chain performance
- Mentor and develop supply chain analysts and coordinators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling
- Demonstrated success in optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international suppliers
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
