Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory turnover, transportation costs, and warehouse operations
- Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes aligning procurement, production, and distribution teams
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for global disruptions using predictive analytics tools
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service-level agreements
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 15% annually
- Mentor 5+ supply chain analysts through our structured career development program
- Implement ERP system enhancements to improve supply chain visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing or 3PL
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and logistics optimization software (e.g., Manhattan TMS)
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs by 20%+ in complex global networks
- Experience managing cross-border operations with NAFTA and EU compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large-scale supply chain data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
