Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies across 12 countries
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives targeting 15% annual savings
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for geopolitical disruptions
- Oversee vendor management and strategic sourcing negotiations
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization
- Analyze KPIs to improve delivery performance and reduce lead times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Expertise in international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Proven success in ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience managing APAC supply chains
