Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize vendor relationships and reduce procurement costs by 15%
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing, sales, and distribution channels
- Manage risk mitigation strategies including inventory optimization and contingency planning
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint and implementing circular economy principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing or retail
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving service levels
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing global vendor relationships
- Certification in APICS CSCP or CSCMP preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
