Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to performance monitoring.
- Oversee inventory levels across multiple distribution centers to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Implement data-driven demand forecasting models to align production with market fluctuations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain analysts and logistics coordinators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks through proactive contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics within a high-growth company.
- Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and global distribution networks.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic, analytical mindset.
