We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and logistics strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, reducing lead times, and building a sustainable, high-performing supply chain network.
You will lead cross-functional teams and work directly with global vendors to ensure our growth trajectory remains uninterrupted.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize cost and service levels.
- Manage relationships with key global suppliers and negotiate favorable contractual terms.
- Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting using advanced predictive analytics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational waste and increase warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to maintain budget accuracy and project P&L impacts.
- Monitor global logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation strategies.
- APICS (CSCP or CPIM) certification highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
