Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing lead times by 20%
- Lead vendor management relationships with top 50 global suppliers
- Oversee inventory optimization across 5 distribution centers
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Power BI tools
- Develop contingency plans for geopolitical and climate risks
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Report on KPIs: OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting models
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
