Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3PL experience
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or JDA systems
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Proven success in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling experience
- Experience managing international supply chains
- Leadership experience in matrix organizations
