Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for supply chain visibility and automation
- Analyze market trends to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives to achieve carbon-neutral logistics targets
- Mentor a team of 8 supply chain professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing TCO
- Strong data literacy with ability to interpret KPIs and ROI metrics
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
