Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.</li><li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.</li><li>Implement and optimize supply chain technology solutions, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.</li><li>Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, seeking environmentally friendly and socially responsible solutions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and complex problem-solving.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, SCPro) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs, and global freight forwarding.</li></ul>
