Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze logistics data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Oversee inventory management systems to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
