Apex Global Freight is a leading logistics provider specializing in international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and supply chain management. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage customs documentation and ensure full compliance with UAE and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and forecasting models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
