- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ analysts and operations specialists
- Optimize inventory management systems reducing carrying costs by 20%+
- Develop vendor management programs ensuring 99.5% on-time delivery
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 15% annually
- Present quarterly performance dashboards to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior directors through our leadership development program
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Proven track record optimizing multi-region distribution networks
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics for demand forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Fluency in English with Spanish/French a plus
