Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year supply chain strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Optimize S&OP processes, reducing operational costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in ERP/WMS systems implementation
- Manage relationships with Tier-1 suppliers across 3PL and manufacturing partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy models
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor 8+ supply chain professionals through performance development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing/3PL
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or relevant field
- CSCP or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design
- Proven success implementing ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Advanced analytics skills with SQL/Power BI proficiency
- Experience managing $50M+ P&L budgets
