Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and execute strategic S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) frameworks to optimize demand forecasting
- Lead digital transformation initiatives implementing ERP and WMS systems
- Build and manage high-performing supply chain teams across 3+ locations
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs by 15% while improving service levels
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor risk management and sustainability initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing/retail
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data modeling skills
- Strong strategic thinking and change management abilities
