Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes for demand forecasting
- Optimize transportation networks and distribution center operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Experience with international logistics and customs regulations
