Responsibilities
- Analyze Supply Chain Data: Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, lead times, and freight costs.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and design strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts and collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and 3PL partners to resolve logistical issues and negotiate contracts.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive leadership to provide visibility into supply chain performance and risk assessment.
- Cost Management: Continuously monitor market trends and logistics costs to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
