In this pivotal role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to optimize our supply chain operations, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance across North America.
You will serve as the strategic bridge between operational execution and executive decision-making, ensuring our logistics strategies are not only robust but scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects to identify supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing data-backed solutions.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated logistics dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Transportation Management, to forecast demand and align inventory levels accordingly.
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection strategies to minimize freight costs while maximizing service levels.
- Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics operations, or inventory management.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
