Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including demand forecasting, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment on inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models to simulate scenarios and optimize costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and reduce operational waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders clearly.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
