Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, lead times, and freight costs, to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations while optimizing working capital.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain lifecycle.
- Process Optimization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and reduce operational waste.
- Forecasting: Create accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends to support production planning and procurement.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates and service levels.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
