Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of supply chain performance metrics, including KPI reporting, forecasting accuracy, and inventory turnover rates.
- Develop and maintain advanced demand forecasting models to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, and IT) to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend strategic solutions for resolution.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts based on performance data.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory management systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations planning.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, or Python.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to stakeholders at all levels.
