Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of supply chain operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain complex logistics models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance) to streamline inventory management and distribution processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, freight costs, and inventory turnover.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Conduct root cause analysis for logistics bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.
