Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven inventory optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects on demand forecasting and warehouse automation
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical components
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Analytics
- 5+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Proven track record in inventory reduction projects
- Strong statistical modeling and scenario analysis skills
- Experience with international logistics and customs compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
