Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, and Sales) to align supply strategies with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts to ensure service quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative supply chain solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDA) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
