Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast trends, and propose actionable solutions for cost reduction.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing warehouse space utilization.
- Process Improvement: Implement and manage ERP systems and logistics software upgrades to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and freight costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced/Power Query), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
