Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models and forecasting tools to support inventory management and procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing) to optimize end-to-end logistics processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and freight costs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies or methodologies to streamline operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate supply chain performance and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations research.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis) is a plus.
