Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and logistics operations
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and performance metrics
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP system implementations and automation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Present executive-level reports on supply chain KPIs and future trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations with APAC focus
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, or equivalent)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of implementing lean/six sigma methodologies
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
