Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and process improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex logistics data to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and service levels.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to track shipments, manage documentation, and forecast future trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to distribution centers or client sites as required.
