Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to forecast demand and manage supply chain planning cycles.
- Monitor logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in APICS (CPIM or CSCP) is a strong plus.
