Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain dynamic logistics models and forecasting tools.
- Manage relationships and performance metrics for third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Optimize warehouse layouts and inventory levels to maximize turnover.
- Prepare detailed, actionable reports for executive stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Experience with cross-border shipping, customs compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
