Responsibilities
- Develop advanced demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels across global distribution hubs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement robust lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics partners to negotiate vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize ERP and TMS data to generate actionable business intelligence reports for executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times and optimize transportation costs.
- Monitor global market trends and geopolitical impacts to adjust supply chain strategies proactively.
- Manage end-to-end data integrity for master data management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain analytics or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, demand planning, and capacity modeling.
- APICS (CSCP or CPIM) certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
