Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-tier distribution networks using advanced modeling tools
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP system upgrades (SAP/Oracle)
- Analyze big data to identify cost reduction opportunities in transportation and warehousing
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for global supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with procurement teams on supplier performance analytics
- Create executive dashboards with KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, etc.)
- Mentor junior analysts on supply chain best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic supply chain analysis with 3+ in leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and SQL/Python for data manipulation
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with TMS/WMS implementation projects
- Expertise in network optimization modeling (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in predictive analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management across international teams
