Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing holding costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehousing, transportation) to streamline logistics processes.
- Forecast demand using advanced analytical models to support capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new ERP systems and automation tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics network design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
