Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution networks across 5 countries
- Develop data-driven logistics strategies using AI-powered forecasting and demand planning tools
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve supplier performance and reduce lead times by 20%
- Implement sustainable logistics practices to achieve carbon neutrality targets
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Create supply chain risk mitigation plans for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and logistics analytics platforms
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Proven track record of implementing cost-reduction strategies in high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of APAC trade regulations and customs compliance
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
