Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven supply chain optimization strategies across procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory turnover by 25%+ and reduce carrying costs
- Develop predictive analytics models for demand forecasting and risk mitigation
- Oversee vendor management relationships with top-tier logistics providers in SEA
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 15% through route optimization
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing ERP and SCM technologies
- Mentor junior analysts and present strategic insights to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle, and Power BI/Tableau
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+ in complex environments
- Expertise in APAC customs regulations and cross-border trade compliance
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with Python/R experience
