Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Fulfillment Rate, Lead Time, and Cost Per Unit.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and coordinate complex transportation schedules.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to generate reports and drive strategic decision-making.
- Lead root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
