Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex supply chain models to optimize inventory levels and distribution routes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and executive-level performance reports.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate revenue targets.
- Oversee vendor performance metrics and drive supplier relationship management efforts.
- Conduct deep-dive research into market trends to mitigate logistics and procurement risks.
- Implement lean methodology projects to streamline warehouse and freight operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain analytics or network design.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Strong quantitative skills with deep experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
