- Create predictive analytics for demand forecasting and logistics capacity planning
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless transportation and distribution
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain analytics experience in manufacturing or retail
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM required
- Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
- Demonstrated success in implementing supply chain transformation projects
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
