Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain logistics models to improve transportation routes and carrier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding supply chain performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
