Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods across domestic and international channels.
- Develop and execute cost-reduction strategies while maintaining exceptional service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing warehouse layout and inventory turnover ratios.
- Implement data-driven inventory management systems to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight carriers to negotiate competitive pricing and capacity.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and spearhead process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental mandates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and TMS platforms.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams of 20+ direct/indirect reports.
- In-depth knowledge of global import/export regulations and compliance procedures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets for decision making.
