Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy development, focusing on cost optimization and service level improvement.
- Analyze complex data sets and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts and inventory models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Sales) to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, fill rate, and order accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations planning.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with demand planning software and inventory management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
