Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analysis of supply chain performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain complex models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean methodologies.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and propose sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or Advanced Excel) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
