Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic improvements that reduce lead times and operational expenses.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels, safety stock calculations, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (e.g., OTIF, Turnover) and generate actionable reports for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional projects to streamline warehouse workflows and enhance order fulfillment accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
