Your Mission: To leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and streamline our end-to-end supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain KPIs, including lead times, inventory turnover, and freight costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance) to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Utilize advanced data modeling and forecasting techniques to predict demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the logistics network to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
