Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic logistics plans.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize ERP software (SAP/Oracle) to streamline reporting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor KPI performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder reporting and logistical coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics coordination.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Dutch.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
