Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify untapped growth opportunities and strategic entry points.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps, helping clients optimize operations and achieve sustainable market expansion.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Executive Presentation: Present complex data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to align diverse teams on business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement data-backed solutions to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterās degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field; Bachelorās degree with significant experience is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a corporate strategy role within a high-growth environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proven track record of utilizing advanced analytical tools to solve complex business problems and drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and lead projects from inception to delivery.
- Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
