Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across finance, operations, and technology sectors
- Develop and implement transformative strategies using advanced analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project deliverables
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive partnership
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives
- Drive innovation in consulting methodologies and digital transformation solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Expertise in at least two verticals: M&A, digital transformation, or operational excellence
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ strategic projects
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Python) and enterprise software
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Active PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States
