Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery through implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops and C-suite stakeholder communications
- Manage cross-functional project teams of 5-8 consultants
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) from a leading institution
- Proven expertise in at least one industry vertical (Finance, Healthcare, or Tech)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% for client engagements
