Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements, from initial diagnostic and hypothesis development to final implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate high-level workshops and steering committee meetings with C-suite executives to align on strategic priorities.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and financial modeling to synthesize complex datasets into actionable business intelligence.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring deliverables meet our rigorous standards of excellence and precision.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to develop proprietary frameworks and thought leadership for the firm.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure maximum client satisfaction and profitability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience within a prestigious management consulting firm or high-growth corporate strategy environment.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, or organizational design.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI is highly desirable.
